Mr. Richard Dilay
Richard Dilay is a self-employed Organizational Consultant whose services include Program/project development, planning and evaluation, research, and fundraising for public and non-profit organizations. For 11.5 years, between 2000 and 2014, he was the the Manager of Manitoba's Neighbourhoods Alive! (NA!) community revitalization strategy. He also worked as a Community Organizer, Child Welfare Worker and Immigrant Counsellor. Richard has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Manitoba.
