Spark - Who we work with in the community
What kind of organizations or projects does Spark work with?
Spark works with groups that:
- Are located in the city of Winnipeg
- Include or benefit marginalized populations
- Have a demonstrated relationship to community
- Have a demonstrable history of Community Development and /or Community Economic Development
- Have the capacity to carry out the project if technical assistance is provided
- Have a limited or no ability to pay for the services required
