The Canadian CED Network's 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the offices of CCEDNet member the Learning Enrichment Foundation, in Toronto, on June 6th, starting at 7pm. This is the evening before Connections 2012: Community Investment Solutions for a Better Ontario which will be June 7, also held at the Learning Enrichment Foundation.

The deadline for Board Nominations and AGM Resolutions was April 6.
Board Elections
Three nominations were received for the three vacancies, so the three candidates have been declared elected by acclamation and we will not have Board elections this year. Congratulations to Indu Krishnamurthy, Caroline Lachance and Christine Landry. Read their bios.
